APC Senatorial Primaries in Abia State: Kalu, Atuma, Erondu Jnr Emerge Candidates
The All Progressives Congress (APC) has concluded its senatorial primaries in Abia State ahead of the 2027 general elections, with candidates emerging for the three senatorial districts.
In Abia North Senatorial District, Orji Uzor Kalu emerged winner of the party’s primary election.
In Abia Central Senatorial District, Emeka Atuma secured the APC ticket after polling the highest votes in the exercise.
In Abia South Senatorial District, Erondu Uchenna Erondu Jnr emerged as the party’s candidate following the conclusion of the primary election.
The primaries were conducted under the supervision of the APC electoral committee, which declared the process peaceful and orderly across the state.
